Placing an order
Review your products, fundraiser or participant attribution, delivery choice, address, and total before paying. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for being authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order confirmation means we received the order. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, availability, address, or order error. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected portion and refund the amount charged for it.
Fundraiser orders
When an order is placed through a fundraiser or participant link, we use that selection to credit the sale. Organizations keep 50% of qualifying merchandise sales. Shipping charges are separate and do not count as merchandise sales. Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks can reduce the amount credited to the fundraiser.
Local pickup is offered only when it is part of the fundraiser's distribution plan. After Colonel Pop's delivers those orders to the organization, the organization manages buyer pickup and unclaimed orders.
Marketing discount offers
Marketing discount codes apply only to direct-shop merchandise, not fundraiser orders, shipping, or tax. Unless an offer says otherwise, each code is limited to one successful redemption per buyer email, cannot be combined with another discount, expires at the stated time, has no cash value, and is not restored after the discounted order is refunded. Personalized codes may be used only with the email address to which they were issued.
Production, shipping, and cancellations
Production and delivery timing varies by fundraiser. Cancellation rights, the current shipping area, pickup responsibilities, and the seven-day problem-reporting window are explained in our customer policies, which form part of these terms.
Food-product information
Product names, photographs, and flavor descriptions help identify the product but are not complete ingredient, allergen, nutrition, or dietary statements. Read the current package information and contact us before ordering if you need ingredient or allergen details. Food sales are final after shipment except as described in our customer policies.
Using the site
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access another organization's information, misuse fundraiser links, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in violation of law. We may limit access or cancel fraudulent or abusive activity.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the business and website grow. The effective date at the top tells you which version is current. Material changes apply going forward, not retroactively to completed purchases. If a situation is not covered here, contact us and we will work through it fairly.
